If your version offers an account-deletion action, open BabyApp's account settings and follow its confirmation steps. You can always use the email option on this page if you cannot access the app.

What happens next?
We may verify ownership through your registered email address or another proportionate step. After verification, we process deletion of the account and associated data controlled by that account in active BabyApp systems, subject to lawful retention exceptions and shared-data ownership rules.

Before you request
Do not email passwords, OTPs, identity-document photos or your baby's medical information. Uninstalling BabyApp does not delete your cloud account.

What happens to your information?
Data that may remain temporarily
Restricted backups may persist until the production backup cycle expires. Limited information may be retained for applicable legal, billing, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Contact us for the retention periods applicable to your request.
Shared caregiver records
Deletion of shared information depends on who controls each record and the app's sharing rules. Another caregiver's independently owned account is not automatically yours to delete.
Have a Google Play subscription? Deleting your BabyApp account does not necessarily cancel future Google Play charges. If subscribed, cancel separately via Google Play subscription management ↗.
